Refund Policy

1. Ticket Cancellation & Refunds

  • Tickets once booked are non-refundable except in special cases.
  • Refunds will only be issued if:
    • The park is closed due to government order, extreme weather, or maintenance.
    • A booking error is caused by Experium’s system.

2. Rescheduling

  • Guests may request rescheduling up to 48 hours before the visit date, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy

  • No refunds or reschedules will be provided if guests fail to show up on the booked date/time.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
