Refund Policy
1. Ticket Cancellation & Refunds
- Tickets once booked are non-refundable except in special cases.
- Refunds will only be issued if:
- The park is closed due to government order, extreme weather, or maintenance.
- A booking error is caused by Experium’s system.
2. Rescheduling
- Guests may request rescheduling up to 48 hours before the visit date, subject to availability.
- Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy
- No refunds or reschedules will be provided if guests fail to show up on the booked date/time.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
