1. Introduction

Welcome to Experium, Hyderabad’s eco-recreational park managed by Greenkingdom Botanical Gardens Private Limited. By booking tickets, visiting our premises, or using our website www.experium.in, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Ticketing & Entry

• Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket/booking confirmation.
• Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time slot booked.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for safety/security reasons.

3. Park Rules

• Outside food, alcohol, tobacco, and narcotics are strictly prohibited.
• Pets are allowed only by paying required charges.
• Guests are responsible for their belongings; the park is not liable for lost/stolen items.
• Visitors must follow safety instructions at all rides, attractions, and adventure activities.

4. Liability

• Experium will not be responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused due to negligence, rule violation, or personal health conditions.
• Certain attractions may not be suitable for people with medical conditions, pregnant women, or senior citizens.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Management reserves the right to close certain attractions or the park itself due to maintenance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, refund/rescheduling options will be provided as per the Refund Policy.
